Any chance Disney would have a slightly more scary Halloween party at Hollywood Studios someday?

I'd like to see a villains themed Halloween party at Hollywood Studios and would definitely do both parties if both parties were ever offered at Disney. Would you? Or do you think parties should only be at Magic Kingdom?
