Is there a Hero Boy-Themed type lunch/dinner/etc. thing? We read so much about the princess affairs ... anything boyish w/Tarzan, Peter Pan, Hercules, Aladdin, Emperor Kuzko, Buzz & Woody, etc?! Or is it just princesses? I don't mean the standard Mickey, Donald, Goofy ... but male characters like those mentioned earlier.

I'd love to know if there are any boy-related themed meals. Someone needs to get Disney going on the boy end of the spectrum!

this topic has gone on and on. No, they haven't come up with a meal that is boy themed. I know, being the "Queen of my Castle", my family would truely enjoy a magical meal with the Adventurers of Walt Disney World!

If there are CM's listening......We NEED a Prince Meal! THANKS!

No, but it would be nice for us boy-only families! Fortunately for us, my boys are little and don't care yet, but soon they'll know the difference!

We have 3 ds too and while they are older now its was like how many chipmunks etc. can you see in one trip. They did enjoy coral seas with the fish, we went to whispering canyon, its fun, we just didnt enjoy it because our server was not into the action and now they are older and like espn. Maybe he would like sci fi etc.

The only one I can think of is Gulliver's Grill at the Swan Resort. Timon and Rafiki appear there for a character dinner on Monday and Friday. Other than that, most of the boy-favored meals are all some sort of combination of Mickey, Goofy, Chip, Dale, Pluto, or Donald (Garden Grill, Restaurantasaurus, Ohana's, etc.) I would like to see an Adventurers' meal with Aladdin, the Princes, Tarzan, and the rest, but I don't see that happening right now unfortunatly. :(

They really should bring back the "Villains" dinner. My DSs were 13 and 10 when we did that meal, and they had a blast with the characters, all of whom interacted and played mischeivously with the kids. I have pictures of this meal on my web site, the link is below.

Now my sons are 16 and 13 and while they don't really have an interest in character meals, it'd be fun to see a 'boys' type meal offered, for a change.

I think the Restaurantasaurus is very boy oriented. The place reminds me of where my son went to summer camp for many years, right down to the shoes over the beam and chairs on the roof!

Another vote here to BRING BACK THE VILLIANS DINNER !!!

My boys 10 & 6 would just LOVE it !!! Wonder why they had to do away with that ????

Oh well...... it's only fair though.... they have tons of lunches/teas for the girls.... make something for the boys !!!

Till then, we just make it our mission to find Capt. Hook, and Buzz on every trip ....

:wave2:

They really need to bring back the type of dinner they had at the Soundstage way back when. We have great pictures of 3 year old DS with Aladdin, Genie, Phoebus, Hunchback along with Belle (who he LOVED) and a few other tougher Disney ladies. The food wasn't great but you couldn't beat the characters.

Not just boys, but some girls (me, for example) never really find their 'inner princess' and so I echo the call for a greater variety of character meals. We're doing Breakfastosaurus partly because it isn't princess oriented.

My 9 yo ds came up with a great title for a boy-themed meal last year!! :)

"Hangin' With the Heros!!" Breakfast/Dinner

As my username implies I'm a mom to 3 sons (11, 9 & 5). Although they would really like to see a boy themed meal, they do really love ALL of the character meals. Their #1 vote was to eat at Cinderella's again this October (they've eaten there 2x before). We've eaten at just about every character meal.

I agree with ducklite that Donald's Breakfastosaurus is great. I'd also like to suggest Chef Mickey's and the breakfast at the Beach Club with the classic characters dressed up in beach garb.

Wherever you dine I'm sure that your young princes will have a wonderful time! :)
