Any attractions you wish Disney kept but took out?

Honestly, I miss Splash Mountain. I know it was controversial, but it doesn't feel the same without it.

It seems like Disney wants to replace old rides with new ones, but why not just add on to what's already there?

Rethemed, but I like the original.

I miss the Muppets too.
I have no strong affinity for the previous theming of splash mountain anymore than I have for Tiana or the muppets to be honest. None of this IP is something that I really connect with in any material way.

I do like water log rides though and I am all for brand new attractions or a retheme when their is no investment planned in older IP - as was done with Toy Story and Galaxy’s Edge lands in HS

As for the Muppets - they will be enjoyed again as a retheme for Rockin roller coaster - so gone but not forever for those that enjoy them …

Horizons and World of Motion in Epcot!

As well as others mentioned above - Mr. Toad, 20,000 Leagues, the original Imagination.

Unfortunately, I always developed motion sickness on Body Wars - although never on Star Tours! I think it was because the visual horizon on Star Tours is so far in the distance while on Body Wars the "walls" were so close visually.

I used to say I miss Mister Toad a lot, but the more I think about it, I can't remember specifics. but I remember thinking it was fun.

I miss Maelstrom, but I like Frozen as an IP, so it made for a good retheme, I just miss the trolls, and all of that. It was unique.

My favorite rides in MK were always HM and Splash, but I am very glad it was rethemed. As long as they keep some good music, and the ride mechanics remained the same, that's good.

I miss the little kiddie games in Innoventions, like the PIggy Bank adventure. The kids had SO much fun doing that. We lucked out and hit it at the perfect age.

Was watching Golden Girls reruns the other night, and have fond memories of the Backlot tour, but overall didn't really like that whole ride w the green screen/audience participation that you just stand there and watch. Don't like any attraction that I have to stand and observe.

Great Movie Ride (closed 2 months before our first trip) was kind of bummed about that one. Always wanted to ride WDW version of Splash Mountain with the side-by-side seating, it was in refrub. Then years later turned into TBA by the time we made it back. I know it was scary for some; It's Tough to Be a Bug. I thought when MK added Rapunzel's tower there was going to be a Tangled ride.

It is time for a true VR ride. Want to ride Mr. Toad, we can do that. It should not use a visor either, but display the ride details on screens as you ride.

I miss Snow White (I know why it was taken out) but it could have easily been rethemed to another princess for a very low cost, especially for what they were spending in MK at that time and the MK would have had an extra ride at the time (instead of meet and great)

I miss the music of Spash Moutain (I understand the change)

I miss Horizon, this may sound weird but I barely remember the actual ride and even watching video of it I just don't remember it, but I do remember really enjoying it!

I will miss Tom Sawyer's Island, I grew up playing in woods/streams stuff like that (late 70's and early 80"s), so for nostaglia sake I will miss it because it truely brings me back to childhood, although capacity wise the Piston Peak area will eat up a lot more people!

Loved Malestrom! (Disappear! Disappear!) Frozen was a good retheme but the troll at the drop was one of my favorites.

The Great Movie Ride and Muppets are the two that hurt the most, They just seemed iconic (at least to me). I am excitied for the Monster Inc. ride but why at the expense of another, if we were adding that plus an all ages/family type ride then ok, but sometimes a one for one swap is not the same (JMHO)
