Any AP rates at GF in NOv?

I had no luck for Nov 6- 13. Did anyone get an AP rate for Nov?

$555 for two nights (including tax), Garden View.

I currently have the 5 + 2 package and the room cost is about the same as the AP rate-- if I am calculating correctly. Does that make sense.

I'm not staying at GF, I'm staying at the Poly (GV) - but I also have the 5 + 2 package booked (at Poly, GV) plus a one-night room only reservation for the night we arrive (at rack rate).

If I had used the AP discount for all 8 nights + purchased an AP + purchased 6DayPH+ Passes for DH and DD I would have saved only about $150 over the way I have thing booked now. Not worth changing IMO. I'm hoping to use the general code that might come out tomorrow to at least get a discount on that one-night reservation instead of paying rack rate.

I don't know if this helps any of you, but I just looked up GF for dates the end of October and Expedia has rates available with some special Fall Promo-the rates are GV-284, LV-355, and Lodge concierge-$421. That LV room is only $15 more than my AP rate but with more dates available. LOL

I was checking Expedia also. I put in my dates 10/31-11/06 and GF was 259. for GV and 321. for LV. Also, YC was 209. for SV and 265. for pool view. They both said fall promo.

Try Expedia as others have said. Rate is coming up at $259 but Sunday isn't available. Try making 2 reservations. That's what I did in December. I have 5 nights for $259 *Garden* and 3 nights for $321 *Lagoon*. Maybe not AP rates but at least a discount!!

I got an AP rate for Nov. 14-21 (7 nights) Lagoon View at the GF for $2420.

I'm not sure we're going to go for the AP rate because I have a 5+2 package booked for the same dates and room view for $2852. If we buy our AP's that adds approximately an additional $800 to the AP rate of $2420 making for a total of $3240. Still more than the 5+2 deal.

I don't see the cost savings with the AP.... Someone please advise if I'm missing something.

Does anyone know if or what conventions/groups will be at Coronado Springs from Oct 13 to Oct 23? It would be really nice if there was someplace we could check before we make ressies. I'd hate to get there and there is a convention of professional screamers(I just made this up) staying at the same resort. Another group you probably wouldn't want to be around is the National Pass Gas convention. Just kidding. Thanks
