I have a boy and a girl. We would love to find a townhouse with both a boy and girl themed rooms? We prefer Windsor Hills for location.

That would be hard to find and if you do remember that the twin (kids) bedroom is upstairs along with the king master bedroom and the other bedroom is downstairs. Some people might not want a child downstairs by themselves. ?? (Just wanted you to be aware of that.)
The condos have the three bedrooms on one level but no private pool.

Almost all of the condos I looked at for WH had 1K, 1Q, and themed twin room. How old are the kids?

I've been looking like a crazed person the last few days at rentals and the only things I have seen with two themed kids rooms are 4 bedroom houses.

My kids will be 3.5 and 2 when we go. We would have our two year old in a crib. I did not realize that one of the rooms would be downstairs that is not okay. We might have to look into a condo then. Any suggestions?? My parents and two neices will join us for half of our stay so we were going to get them there own place close by.

Have you looked at windsorhillsrent.com? You can browse all of the 2 and 3 BR condos there. I looked at practically all of the ones available for my stay, but I don't remember seeing 2 different theme rooms. Some of them do have free pack and plays and strollers though.

You could try a 4 br pool home and split the cost unless you don't want everyone together. :)

Our first trip to Disney we stayed in a 3 br townhouse at WH. We have a girl and a boy--they were 9 and 6 at the time. They shared the themed bedroom upstairs with us--it was Mickey/Minnie, so it worked for both. The queen downstairs sat empty. The splash pool at the townhouse was a nice plus for us--the kids could swim with dad while I was making dinner in the afternoon. Would it be possible for the kids to share a room? (Mine have their own rooms at home, but were fine sharing at Disney--they crashed each night!) Or for the baby to sleep in the crib in your bedroom? (If you needed/wanted them to go to sleep separately) A condo would probably work too...if you don't mind giving up the splash pool and aren't set on having 2 themed rooms. WH is great though, we're going back in a couple months and staying in one of the 6 br houses...both kids will get there own room this time around! :goodvibes Good luck with your search!
