Another way to make a little extra cash for our Disney funds

My videos are stuck on "Your video is now loading...Please be patient"

They are avi files, any suggestions or tips?

TIA!

What size are they? avi files tend to be really big (all mine were 200MB+) and your videos need to be 50 MB to upload. I downloaded the Microsoft Encoder for free, which converts your files to a .wmv file, only about 10-20 MB large (much faster upload).

Thanks for the info! I checked the size and it's only 24.6 MB. Not sure why it's taking so long! UGGGG!

Has anyone else checked under their earnings in the last couple of hours? Mine says July's is processed and lists today's date but no money is in my Paypal account. I wonder if they list it being processed before it actually is.

Yes - mine says the same, but no money in my account. I so hope this is not too good to be true.

Sorry to repeat this question- but where on the site do you actually sign up to be paid through Paypal? Do they just automatically paypal the money to your email you signed up with?

The way I understand it is that the email you have on file with them needs to be your paypal email. If you have a differnet email on your account, I'd go change it.

Or you can add whatever e-mail you supplied to Expo to your Paypal account. You can have multiple e-mail addresses listed under your primary address on PP.

Still no funds though.....

I am still having issues with uploading...it's telling me I am not uploading the correct file....it's an avi file!

I emailed support though....

I am getting frustrated and this is my first time to submit.

:sad2: expo says my payment was processed also, but nothing in paypal :guilty:

Currency Balance
U.S. Dollar: $0.00 USD

Wait a bit. Mine did this last month. Then I got an email from PP telling me I had been paid. It was there.

Not impatient or anything :lmao: , but how long is a bit? A few hours, today, tomorrow, a few days?

I'm also reading "July processed, PAID 8-12-07!!!!!:woohoo:
but so far Paypal doesn't agree. Hmmmm, I will assume it is because its Sunday.

Guess where I will be stumbling to first thing in the morning :surfweb:

I am so excited!!! My first two were officially excepted!!! One was horrible quality compared to our others because it was my first but they still excepted it!!! I am thrilled! I have 30 other pending and we're uploading 30 more tonight, YEAH!!!!!! Check them out I am timandlesley on there and my husband is tsawhook.

I finally got my first one uploaded... it is under unpublished so I am guessing it will / should switch over to published in a few days? The quality is not so good, but you have to start somewhere right? I made sure I started and ended with the product name to further bring attention to it.

Quick questions for those using a Kodak easy share camera. What program do you use for editing and can you add audio tracks for voice overs? I would like to mix video clips with still photos, which is fairly easy in movie maker but I have to convert all the .mov files from my camera to .avi in order to use tehm with movie maker. I mad one vidoe last night and in .avi it was more than 100 time larger than allowed. (19.2MB in .mov vs 808MB in .avi) :headache:

I use an Easy Share but I don't edit at all. I just shoot in one take, upload to the Easy Share Software and then right to Expo from there. I tried Movie Maker but it didn't accept the format from the Easy Share so I am not sure how to get around that.

I hope that you all do get your PayPal emails saying the $$ is there today! Please post if you do!

I am bummed as there are still 2 July videos waiting to be approved on my list. They have approved over 25 August ones but these 2 July are still sitting there. So until they approve those I don't think I'll be seeing my $415 today. :sad2:
