Another way to make a little extra cash for our Disney funds

Why not use your camcorder and stream directly through Moviemaker? Then it will save it in the format needed in Moviemaker.

No need to import usually.

How do I do that??? I have tired to download converters and those did not work. I finally gave up trying to get my camcorder files to work in Moviemaker.

Looks like I made the front page for a different product this time!

I'm up there right now, on the main page, under the steam clean carpets heading! Woot!

How can I resize or compress my video in moviemaker. I need to get them under 50Megs

When you click on save file to a movie, you get the automatic choice usually of save for best quality on your computer (or some words similar.) If you click more choices, you can set the maximum megs allowed for your video. It will render under that limit.

Thanks wish me luck.:goodvibes

Just wondering how everyone else is doing. I have only managed to get 7 approved for upfront payment, even though I have made about 30 videos. I have corrected the rejected videos and re-submitted, but most have all been rejected again (with no additional reason given). It's frustrating to work so hard to correct the videos using their suggestions, only to have it rejected again with no additional feedback. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have submitted 13. 7 approved for immediate payment, 2 pending, 4 not accepted. I ony redid 3 of those 4 as I worked EXTRA hard on the redos and they said it was my camera so I don't want to waste more time. I need to upload a few more today and then a few more tomorrow. I really want to get 9-10 approved for immediate payment and then if I get more great but I want 9!

So far I am at:
3 qualify upfront
7 didn't qualify, of those 4 have been resubmitted, with only one qualifying, the other 3 left no additional feedback. They didn't qualify for payment due to a camera issue, which was resolved, so I don't know why they didn't recieve upfront payment when the problem was corrected. C
7 pending

I submitted 17 this month. 10 qualified for upfront payment. 5 were denied and redone. Of those, 1 was approved. I still have 2 pending. My husband submitted 14 this month and only 2 were approved. They rest were redone and rejected.

However, I am on the front page today!!!!! It's so weird to pull up the website and see yourself!

I've submitted 13. Had 6 approved, 2 of which I had to redo. That means I still have 7 pending first review. It's just hard to find time to do reviews when the lighting is good and the house is quiet.

I'm had 8 approved for upfront payment. I'm not sure how many I've submitted, but none of the ones I redid and submitted were approved. We just got a new video camera, so I'm going to try to do a few with it and get them submitted before the month is over.

I need to get a few done but it is hard to get them done during the day with best lighting with children. :) I just need to get my bottom in gear so I can at least say I uploaded 20 videos. What a waste if I don't even try!

I wish I could just have my pending ones done! I wonder if they laid off people because it is taking so long this month for them to accept things.

Is anyone still using their digital camera in video mode? All I have is an easyshare 6mp camera to work with. With all the rejections lately, I've been scared to even try. If I got almost all of them rejected, DH wouldn't help me any more. He's been a naysayer from the get go and this would put an end to it.

I still use mine on my Canon Powershot. Though I had to reshoot some extreme closeup shots with my camcorder.

DisneyAprilFool,

No offence to you, however I find your fetus picture show to be most disturbing and offensive, and I would prefer not to see it again. I just cannot stand those pictures.

If one is paid $5.00 per video, then how much money and or payback otherwise is the company receiving? for I have to ask myself that question, as well as state to anyone that cares, other people earn millions for one stinking commercial, but if I make one, no matter how professional in manner it may be, I am making $5.00 for each tiny commercial. Not so sure about that "money making" venture. Besides, I have dial up, which is even slower now, than ever before, nor do I have a camera, of any kind, other than cell phone. Next idea for me...........

Her sig has nothing to do with this thread. If you have a problem with prenatal tickers, that is something that should be handled in a PM. Sorry, but I find both of your posts offensive.

Back to the topic at hand, I'm not making commercials, I'm giving my opinions. And making $10, not $5.
