Dialysis...is your DH on dialysis?
Yep, has been off and on for 12 years now.

Had a nice 3 1/2 yr break with a transplant ( I was his donor- zero match) but alas.. it didn't want to play nice.

He dialyzes at home with the NxStage machine.

Are you nicely souped and pumpkin breaded now?

Indeed... I just need a little juice, and I am good to go. Sadly... I am to lazy to get my big butt up and get some juice. :sad2: And there is no lid on the pitcher, so the kids cant do it. Double...:sad2: :sad2:

This is nothing, wait until Shawna has time to chat .. and her puter is out of the toilet (tho not sure why she put it there? ) and everyone else hops on in one evening.

It's Hyena party time! :yay:

:lmao: I have been doing a lot more around the house lately.. Getting back into my cooking mode, and such. I have been doing full on dinners every night, and lots of baking. Nt to mention the cleaning and whatnot afterwards.. I think it just got to be to much, and today I have napped a lot, and I just made the kids some canned soup. Hopefully there is enough left for hubby for dinner.... and for the boy for school tomorrow. AND... Im NOT doing the dishes. Frelan can take care of it tomorrow morning.

Impressive. Nice big word there..

Not really, she said her computer was in the toilet.. and Alex asked why she put it there. Just following the theme. ;)

He has decided not to pursue a donor at this time. He has two possible living donors in his sibs.. he's just not ready to take that step. Just started home hemo in July and feels great! Nearly as good as transplant but without the nasty anti-rejection med side effects. :goodvibes

There are days when we want to tear our hair out.. today was one of them.
Being out of a center and more time to dialyze is worth every frustration.
Six days a week, typically 2 hrs 45 minutes per run.

Baby growing is very tiring....

I did not get any sleep last night either....we are doing some more remodeling and after signing contracts and all the thousands we are spending insomnia took over....

We are getting the outside of our house Rhino -shielded and Boys Bathroom remodeled with a Jacuzzi tub and new inside wood stairs and a few others....

All I kept seeing is well you get the just of it all....:santa:

Awesome, you're getting into that 2nd trimester "I can do it all" phase :thumbsup2

Yes, make the hubby do the dirty work. Isn't that their purpose in married life?

And then, the hubby can hand off the chores to the kidlets. Family life-- just one pass the buck to the next cycle. :thumbsup2

Good to at least know that he has 2 possible family members....not easy what you did , donating . I dont mean in the sense of easy as in decision I mean not easy to get back up so fast after your surgery after doing so.

Kudos to you....you are very brave and will be well blessed for doing so

He is this crazy guy that sleeps in my bed during the day... and I make him pick stuff up off the floor when I drop it. Yeah... My husband. :lmao:

naw, it was easy!

He needed one, I had one.
Simple as that.

If I had another to spare I would do it again, I had to beat him into agreeing in the first place.. just took me two years to convince him. :rotfl:
Once he found out that they could do via laproscope he was more agreeable to letting me.

Not sure if I would feel the same way with the standard cut :scared:

Okay, so now that I have figured out my fax machine has caller ID, I don't pick up unless it's someone we want to talk to... BUT I hate hearing the phone ring :headache:

Shoot... I threated to slice his freaking throat the other day. :lmao: We have a very loving relationship!:rotfl2:

yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaahh uh huhhhhhhhhhh :worship: staying on the good side.
so umm got any more frozen sausage? :rolleyes1
