Another transferring points question

When points are transferred into another member's account do they become the member's home resort or do they stay the same home resort? I know use year stays the same.

Transfered points keep the original resort and UY and can be used to book that resort at 11 months also if the member doesn't own there. But he has to call MS to do so because they don't appear online.
