Another Toronto?

I have another question about Toronto. Do they have towncars, like in Orlando? I need a ride from Union Station to the Courtyard by Marriott in Vaughn.

Alas, no. But how I wish that were true. Last year, when we were trying to arrange for transportation to the Renaissance festival, I was aghast to discover that the driver would expect to be paid for all the time we were there.

However, one of the airport limousine services might do a transfer between Union and the hotel. They have cost-by-region, so they'd be able to tell you how much it would cost in advance. It's probably not really cheaper than a taxi, though.

Try the yellowpages , and do a search for Airport Limousine in Toronto.

My suggestion so that you do not get financially slammed going to Vaughn - take the subway on the University line from Union Station to the last stop (I think it is Downsview) and have a town car meet you there or call for one from there. $2.50 per adult for that subway ride will save you over $20.00.

Now it has moved to Hamilton to the Royal Botannical Gardens - much easier to access by other means of transport! Go Train + bus = arrival!

Hi ~ Union Station to Vaughan is about 44 km [I did a Mapquest search for ya'] Union Station is a busy area. If money isn't a problem, take a cab. It will likely cost about $75.00 or so. S

Have you seen the website pcwjunkies.com this is a website by some real fans of Paramount Canada's Wonderland. I looked around their site and the official Canada's Wonderland site and there is no mention of a shuttle bus. There is an email address on the pcwjunkies web site and they might be able to give you advice. I also emailed a friend who works at Canada's Wonderland head office and asked him, hopefully he's not too busy and can pass on some advice.

Paramount Canada's Wonderland is located just minutes north of Toronto off Highway 400, just 10 minutes north of Highway 401. Exit Rutherford Rd. if heading north or south on Highway 400.

By Public Transit the Wonderland Express "GO" Buses run regularly from Yorkdale and York Mills subway stations. Schedule operates throughout the day and evening through closing.

York Region Transit routes that travel to Paramount Canada's Wonderland are 165A, 4, 20 and the Wonderbus (express route, operating weekends and holidays throughout the summer months). For more information on the Wonderbus click here...

Just back from TO. We had a wonderful time. Stayed at the Sheraton Centre for 3 nights and the sweet sleeper beds are awesome. Wonderland was fun, but we didn't really need 2 days. We took the subway to Yorkdale, then the GO bus the rest of the way. It only took an hour or so. We also went to CN Tower, took a Harbour Tour, and went to Centre island for a day. I just love Toronto and can't wait to go back.
