My husband and I have 7 day hopper tickets that we bought from ticketmania in Feb. We are going to Disney in Oct. and would like to add the water parks option to these tickets,is this possible to do? :confused3

You have 14 days FROM FIRST USE to upgrade your tix. So, if you have already used them, then no. But if you are using them for the first time on your Oct trip, then yes. It will be $50 plus tax per ticket. :)

Thank you sorcerormickey for the quick answer to my question. We have not used the tickets yet so we will be all set. That was the only thing I was worried about for our trip,we are going with my sister and her family and they will already have their tickets with the water option already on them. We are good to go. Thanks again

- my 2 cents would be NOT to add the water park option because are you REALLY going to go to the water parks TWICE in October! If you are going to go once - just pay OOP it's cheaper.

1) You can upgrade at any Guest Service location.
2) But, it will cost you more than the $50 upgrade.
3) You will also pay the difference from the discounted price to full price.
4) The computer automatically will do this.
5) This discourages people from buying from discounters, then upgrading.
6) The only time you don't lose the discounts when upgrading is for
. . . discounted tickets bought in-advance from Disney on-line
. . . discounted tickets bought in-advance from AAA
. . . disocunted tickets bought in-advance form Disney Strores

This is incorrect information. I can tell you I bought an 8 day ticket from Ticketmania and when we got there upgraded it to a 10 day non-expiring ticket. I only paid the difference between the listed gate prices. I did not pay the difference of the discounted price.

I have seen the same thing posted by other guests.

This is definately incorrect information. Trust me, it is part of my job, I do upgrades all day long.
