Another split stay question

Hi,

My daughter and I are at POP Aug 19th to Aug 25th and ASMU Aug 26th to Sept 1st. Is this how it works?...

Can I pack everything up early on the 26th, check out of POP by say about 9am, bring luggage to POP luggage assistance ask to be delivered to ASMU (without a room number, only confirmation number) and go over to ASMU, check in and say my bags are being delivered from POP, and get my room keys etc and head to a park and return to AMSU say about 3 or 4pm and go to my room and hope that my luggage will be there? I will make sure I have all important stuff needed in case of late luggage delivery.

I am starting to get a little anxious about the split but now my daughter is so looking forward to it that I don’t want to change.

Oh wise DIS'ers, what's a gal to do??

You got it!! Just take your luggage to guest services when you check out and ask them to transfer it to your new resort and it will be done. It may not be sitting in your new room when you get back, but you should be able to call down to the lobby and ask them to deliver it once you get there.

I just asked a similiar question, do you have to take it with you, or can you call bell services? There is five of us, so it's a lot of luggage. Hope you don't mind me tagging a question on with yours?

You can call bell services to come to the room and pick up your luggage- it will probably take some time for them to get there, but you can do it! They'll tag the luggage for your transfer right there in the room.

a few weeks ago.

We called Bell services and they took our luggage. We were told luggage transfers are between 1-3, so bags should be delivered by 3.

We went to Poly and checked in (they had a room available, but I wanted to wait for another one..) then we checked our backpacks (we were going to the GF tea party and didn't want to carry them) at the Poly.

We came back around 3pm and room was ready, we collected our backpacks and luggage was brought up immediately. No problem.

another question...if we call bell services to pick up our luggage, do we have to wait in the room until they get there? (But it probably would be a good idea to be there right?) We are moving from POP to WL, and would like to head out early.
