Another round of Let's Stump the Pin People!

I traded for a pin today from a lanyard and have not been able to locate it on Pinpics.
At first I thought it was a Valentine's Day pin. But the reads:
3/14-16, 2004
Tokyo Disney Sea (R)
Tokyo Disney Resort (R)
(C) Disney

The pin is a combination square - cut out -- square but has portions exceeding a square shape.
Gold tone.
Romeo & Juliet theme.
Donald (Romeo) is in the lower right hand corner looking up, with a love sick expression, at Daisy (Juliet) in the upper left hand corner.
Hearts abound on the pin.

Any guesses?
Very pretty, nice coloring.

I may have to add it later to Pinpics.
