Another round of applause for Keurig - 1 1/2 year old machine won't

turn on, so they're shipping me a new one! Had to drag our old Cuisinart one up (a $200 machine), and the coffee tastes terrible to me. Can't wait for it to arrive!

They are great about replacing them but I wish they wouldn't break so easily. I've had 3 in a year.

They happily mailed me another one too . Mine stopped at 11 months . Arrived within 3 days , I was very surprised.

Are you talking about the new Keurig with the K-cups? I've been thinking of getting that. How much are a pack of the K-cups and how many do you get in a pack?

My mother bought a refillable K-cup that she uses with her own coffee. She loves it and she also had a new one mailed to her when hers acted up.
