Last night I was attempting to make a reservation for a couple of nights in February. I booked and was at the screen that allows you to cancel without penalty. I had selected points from 3 different contracts and 3 home resorts. The first one was fine - it used up all the points. The second contract now had 8 MORE points in it than when I started. And the 3rd? It used up points but was going to place 22 points into holding that it acknowledged were not there when I started. What?!?!?

I cancelled but it bombed out during that - actually taking me out to the sign in screen saying it had timed out due to inactivity. That's another feature that I haven't been able to figure out since it often happens when I'm in the middle of doing things on the website so inactivity is not the problem. It was 10-15 minutes before I could log back in and thankfully it had just released the reservation and points were as they should be. But when I went to try and book it told me I didn't have access and that things like not paying dues would be a cause. :sad2:

So, as always, be certain to check your points when making a reservation. The system can do some very disturbing calculations.
