I enjoyed your trip report especially with great pictures.
I realize this was from2024 … so one update to be aware of at Disney Springs SummerHouse … probably more of a crowd since Starbucks nearby is Closed for refurb . Might need a reservation . Definitely want the Almond Croissant !

And I miss Starring Rolls at Epcot every time I go .
Starring Rolls was fun almost like it was discovering a little hidden place to sit and enjoy coffee and snack .

Love, love, love Shiki-Sai! We went last August. I could not get a reservation for dinner, even at 60 days. So, once we arrived at our hotel we asked our Concierge and we scored one. Planning on eating there again this summer.
