I was all set to phone and request the breakfast in the parks to get in early etc but the extra hours are on every day of our stay. Can someone tell me whether you get allocated a particular day / days for the extra hours?

I am thinking of booking a character breakfast for one of the days.

On the pushchair issue we have decided to take the cheap buggy type from Mothercare that my Mum has at her house. One idea was to get a cheap one from a car boot that we wouldn't be worrying about. I know the chances of anyone wanting to steal your pushchair are probably none existent anyway.

I bought my little girl a scrap book and we started sticking pictures in it at the weekend. It will be for her first Disney trip and something she can keep. Grabbed some disney brochures from travel agent and got busy with the scissors and glue. I still have my Wham one LOL! :rotfl2:

We were pondering whether to take the decrepit Mothercare "backup" buggy which lurks in our cupboard, but at the end of the day decided that the chances of someone making off with the McLaren were slim & we could get a bicycle lock if we were especially concerned. Better to take the risk and be comfy that to have the wee devil grumpy all day!

There are no restrictions on the number of EMHs you can do - so you can go into the park early every day of your trip, if you want to :thumbsup2

I believe the character breakfasts are now only available in the Disney Village - none in the parks. I don't know if that makes a difference to your planning?

As long as your DD is happy in the cheap buggy, then that sounds like a good plan to me - stops you worrying about it anyway :thumbsup2

I'm sure your DD will treasure that scrapbook for many years to come :goodvibes

Just phoned and booked Good Morning Fantasyland for the 3 days it applies. :cool1:

I am going to book the 9.30am Character breakfast for one of the days but not yet decided which day. ;)

I would also love to book the Disney Princess one but I am not sure whether we would enjoy the food as DD is a fussy eater and her parents aren't much better. :guilty: Any opinions?

is there a page on the website where you can see all the options for meeting the character meals that i can look at as there seems to be so many to choose from

thanks

We really enjoyed our meal with the Princesses but we do eat most things and so does DD.
I agree there is not a big choice and it is expensive if the food is not going to get eaten. Its what we would class as proper French food as opposed to theme park food but we like that.
Read my report about it on the restaurant thread as there are photos of the food there

I think we will give it a miss and just go for the Character breakfast. DD will see the parades and will be completely overawed with it all anyway. We could save this for when she is older (cos I am sure this will be our first trip of many :thumbsup2 Don't tell DP though :rotfl2: )

I have seen your thread with photos, they were excellent! :)
