Another question for Podcast Crew and/or locals

Is there anyplace close to WDW property that we could get pizza? We have to pick up my husband at the airport Wednesday night at 9:15 and he will probably be hungry so we would like to stop on the way to Boardwalk.

This isn't exactly a direct answer to your question and there will be locals who can answer you much better. I have never had very good pizza down in the Orlando area but the best Italian food I found near the parks is at Cafe D'Antonio's in Celebration. I can't speak for the pizza directly but their other dishes were head and shoulders above the Italian food found in the parks or resorts.

We were in WDW a few weeks ago and ordered Giordano's - they were recommended by several people on the boards. It was very good, esp if you like Chicago pizza.

They'll deliver to the hotel lobby.
