Another question about travel insurance

Okay, since my trip is in January, and it involves a cruise I figure that it would be wise to get trip insurance. But I've never bought before so I am not sure what is good to get.

I checked Access America's prices for my cruise. It gives me a quote of $163 for the whole family (kids free). Then it lists what it covers. Are the amounts quoted per person, or for the whole family (I can't see where it says)? So baggage loss is quoted at $750 and baggage delay is listed at $200. Assuming that is per person, is that good? I am taking a 5 night/6 day trip-3 night cruise and 1 night at hotel before and after. I requested a quote for the cost of the cruise and 1 night at WDW on the Passholder best rate program (nonrefundable). I am not requesting coverage for the rental car (not charged if not used), WDW tickets (can use later), or airfare as I figure SW would let me cancel and just give a credit for a future trip right?

Mainly, I just want to make sure that if snow delays our trip (for such a short trip, we would ultimately have to cancel), we could get the full amount back for the cruise and the amount paid for the hotel (and airfare if they won't credit). Am I asking for the right type of quotes?

Not sure how this would work, but just some food for thought. If you are flying out a day early, I'd suggest including the air. If you cancel, you are correct about SW allowing you to use the credit towards a future flight (within one year from date of RESERVATION-not departure date). BUT, if like us last year, you are delayed by one day and can still fly out that next morning, you could still make the cruise and the insurance might not cover the cancelation - I don't know how it works - perhaps someone else can comment. You should probably find out if this situation happend what the coverages would be.
