...another parking question - exchange into DVC

I believe the answer is no we don't have to pay for parking but here is the situation:

We are DVC members but will be staying March 2019 at SSR...not on our points but through an exchange into DVC SSR through RCI. Its bad enough the charge the random fee of $195 for an exchange but I believe we can park without the $20 fee...correct?

Posters over at TUG say that there is no additional parking fee for exchangers.
