Another Online ADR ?

When I try to retrieve my resv. I come up with a few problems and looking for a lil help....
1. If anyone is staying at bay lake tower when you have to put a resort choice in what do you put since it is not a choice? Do ya just put contemporary in?
2. Has anyone got a message that says enter an E02020305001? If so does anyone know what it means?

I'm getting the same error message when trying to retrieve my ressie to make ADRs. I was in yesterday but need to get back in today and keep getting that message. I've tried several times and I can't get the 90+10 to open up.

I got this message and realized I didn't have the phone number with the confirmation number. I added the phone number and got a message stating that my reservation cannot be retrieved.

Guess I will just call MS.
