Another National Question!!

Im sure its been asked before....but....

If you are an Emerald Club member, and you have a cupon, do you go to the desk, turn in the cupon, then go choose your car from the lot, or do they assign you a vehicle? Is this only so in Orlando or all of the Emerald Alse/Reserve locations?

Are you talking about the $20. ent. coupon?
If so, hand that coupon in with the reservation, when you are driving out and they will take care of the paperwork, you will be on your way.

As far as other locations, that depends, some National rentals you must go to their counter, because they don't have their agents at the drive thru(some smaller airports)
If you call National they will let you know exactly.

I've rented from National in Orlando, Memphis, and Nashville, and used EA. Each time I've just picked the car up, drove to the exit booth, and handed them my Emerald Club card, coupon, and the hangtag from the car. I've never had to go to the counter unless I've reserved counter.

If you have an Emerald Club reservation, the only time you have to go to the counter is if you rent a car seat OR if you use a UPGRADE coupon.

we go straight to the Emerald Aisle, pick out our car and turn in our coupon to the attendant at the exit, where you check out.

It's VERY easy.

Everyone gets to pick their cars at National MCO. Even if you go to the counter, they just mark the size on the folder, you then go out and pick a car from that size row.

Through Emerald Club we have reserved a mini van with an Entertainment Guide coupon. BIL and his group have reserved through Emerald Club - Emerald Aisle, also with the coupon. So does my family go straight to the mini-van aisle and the other part of the family go directly to the Emerald Aisle? Do either of us have to go to the counter first (unless nephew needs a car seat)??
