Another mug question

We are doing a split stay. Three nights at 1 resort and a few nights at another resort. We are thinking of getting dining plan for our first 3 nights. Can we pay the difference to upgrade the mug to length of stay?

I believe that if you're getting them as part of the DDP they are automatically set for 14 days.

We did a split stay in October with the dining plan only on the first stay. Our mugs were coded for 14 days so we were able to use them at the next resort.
