Another moving to Florida question.. what area is the best...?

we are looking to move to florida.

My DFiance has an oppurtunity in Delray Beach, FL which I understand is one of the more $$$ areas. We moved recently from MA to Indy so FL seems like the middle between the two expense wise!

If the oppurtunity doesn't work out, which area would you recommend to a young couple starting out? He is Tech sales for a nationwide company and I am looking to go back to school to get my masters in ed to be an elem teacher. We would eventually like to buy a house and imagine spending around $200,000 for a min. 3bedrooms 2 bath house... prefer 2.5 baths...

Tampa. It's great here...there's a TON to do from Sports to art, etc. There a Million computer/tech type companies. I LOVE it here.
