Another Minneapolis question

I have been seeing alot of things online about uptown, Linden Hills, and Loring Park can you tell me what these places are like. In these neighborhoods are you able to walk to places like markets, restaraunts, shops, etc? I appreciate all that you can tell me and if you know of anyother neighborhood please share.

I don't know that much about specific neighborhoods in Minneapolis but many of them will have a small neighborhood market. Some you could walk to, others not. The bus system in Minneapolis is really good though, so if you don't drive, getting around it still pretty easy.

I really only know stuff about Uptown. (I am from St. Paul). Very nice area. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc.

I am sure other MN's can answer better.
