Another Magical Express Question

We have always booked a package and used the magical express (since it was available). But, I am wondering, is the magical express free if you do a room only???? We are thinking of upgrading to AP this year and trying to figure out all of the "hidden" costs! Thanks!

Yes. Anyone staying at a WDW resort is entitled to ride DME to the resort and then back again to MCO. It doesn't matter what type of pass you have, it doesn't matter how you booked your room. I have used it when staying at POP with an AP rate, at POR with AP, and at BWV, BCV staying on DVC points. The only time you couldn't use it is if you are staying at SoG, or the Swan/Dolphin resorts. Otherwise, you can use it....room only, package deal, whatever.

We almost always book a room only and have used DME 5 times with no issues whatsoever!
