Another lurker with a first post

Hi! I have been lurking for literally years. I enjoy these boards and visit daily. I have used the boards to plan several trips. I might get to plan a last minute trip for March, so I decide to post and ask a few questions. I did register a few months ago in order to search for something for a friend who was planning a trip. I don't know why I have never gotten up the nerve to post before!

Anyway, first question - If I book a package online with the buy 4 get 3 free, can I cancel until the 45 days before if I have to? No penalty, right?
