Hmmm ... how small are the bunk bed rooms at WL? I'm debating WL bunk beds versus 2 rooms at Pop for early Jan. (holiday decorations still up, I believe).
We are also a family of four, with two quickly growing boys who will be 10 and 13 at the time. I also looked at the ASMu Family Suites, which look nice but each boy can have a "real" bed for less if we take 2 rooms at Pop. The Mods seem out of the equation because our oldest is a very "busy" sleeper and younger brother would get no rest if they had to share a double bed.
Decisions, decisions. We tend to be "park commandos" but this will be the first trip without extended family and first time staying on-site, so I think that may change our patterns a bit.
I'd love to hear any input!

All I can say, is I've stayed at the WL numerous times - all but my last stay being in bunk-bed rooms, and I never felt crowded. And I'm the mother of two girls.
Just imagine the three of us, along with my husband, getting ready in the morning! Sound scary? Trust me, it was far, far worse on our last trip at the Polynesian! Due to the bathroom layout, we found it easier at the WL.
We did have five on our last trip, and did have to get a bigger room because of it, but I had myself, my husband, a 21 year old, a 17 year old, and a nine year old.
How much are you going to be in the room? Do you plan to sit around in it to relax, or are you just going to use it to sleep and getting ready in it? I personally put emphasis on the common areas of the resort, because I know that's where the most of our non-park time will be spent.
Do indoor corridors mean anything to you? Do numerous food choices, different modes of transportation or the pool features matter? Those are just a few of the things that the WL has, that the values won't/don't.
