Today we had a PS for breakfastouras so it was an early morning; we got up at 6:00am as I quickly tidied up as DH rested. We got quickly got washed, dressed and put on sum sun lotion, then we headed out to get the bus AK. Upon arrival to AK at the entrance there was a CM with a list of names and was asking for everyones surname, I gave my name hoping that I had booked it ok, I always worry that somehow my reservations wont be booked?! We walked to the restaurant in which various CM wished us a good morning, we were the first to arrive and didnt know really what we had to do. We went to the desk and checked in, we were then sent to a line for a photo, as it was so humid I had my hair slapped back in a bun and I look like I have a really big head on the photos! Once we did our poses we went inside and sat down, though a CM got us up and asked us to wait a little longer, Oooops! Once back outside we literally got called straight back in? 
Anyhow once in we turned left and sat in the smallish room bit, we waited for our server to come to us in which she poured us some orange juice and told us how it worked. When we got up to go and get some breakfast the CM told us our table would be moved so dont panic when we got back, and couldnt find our table / things. Mark got 6 sausages, 1 croissant, 2 pancakes, 1 bowl of cereal, 2 scones and a bagel he left 1 sausage and the bagel. Just reading my notes now I cant believe he ate that much as normally he is so sensible and I struggle to get him to have a pig out with me!!!
I think he was under the 'we paid a lot for it so Im going to eat it'
men! I had cereal, 2 pancakes, I choc pancake, 2 croissants, 1 mini muffin, 1 scone, 1 cinnamon toast, I ate almost everything but left the cinnamon toast as I didnt like it. Looking at my menu I ate a lot too! I guess we are both pigs! During the meal we met: Goofy, Donald, Pluto and Mickey. A lovely CM took a few photos of us both with the characters. Our server brought our photo which was taken earlier which was nice but $40.00, we decided to buy it though agreed that we would avoid doing this at any other breakfasts as it was very expensive for what it was. The bill was $40.00 ish and we left $50.00, it was great fun and it was nice to be in the park so early.
Once we finished we went outside, we were stopped by a rope with two CMs holding it, I giggled to DH that this must be rope drop as wed never experience one before but I had heard about them on the Dis and always wondered what they entailed. We decided to use this time to take some photos and then we each went to the lo
nce back at the rope the CM started to walk very SLOWLY to EE, we arrived at EE the same time as the crowds who were coming from the parks main entrance. What was funny was that you couldnt walk any faster then the CM but everyone was very competitive and literally walking touching the rope so no one could overtake them, very amusing. This is where DH notes that I was one of these people, though I dont think i'm that bad
or at least I hope I am not? We got to EE and there was no wait so we went on, we both had never been on this before and didnt know what to expect. We got on the ride and put our bag in the hold in front of you which is useful. The ride started and I felt worried as DH doesnt like big rides but I had begged him for months to go on this with me and hoped that he would enjoy it. Soon we were going up as the ride starts, I always hate this bit but the views of AK are great though the last time I saw them as I closed my eyes every time after this as we looked to be really high gulp! 
The ride soon started in full motion and it was great, I loved going backwards, but all the way through I heard a girly sounding scream
it was my DH. Once off the ride he was really quiet and I asked him what he thought? He said he was unsure if he loved it or hated it? He said hed have to go on again as he had just eaten a bit meal and is unsure if it was this that had made him feel sick or the ride? I felt suitably guilty though it was later established that he did in fact like the ride (though bizarrely he thinks Space Mountain is worst?).
We headed over to KS next which had a 20 minute wait; our driver was great fun and totally made the ride. He kept telling lots of jokes which had everyone laughing. The best bit by far of the whole ride was the bit where a mother and baby giraffe decided to walk up next to our car and then the mother walked in front of our car and we were slowly driving behind her, we were so close and everyone was taking so many photos as they could believe how close we were to the giraffes
. Eventually the driver called for someone to come and do something as we were barley moving, another vehicle came quite quickly and managed to usher the giraffe to move, in all it took about 8 minutes which was great fun. Later on we saw the lions and amazingly the male lion was stood up! Wed only ever seen him fast asleep and weve done this ride easily 20 times.
After the best ride ever of KS we decided to head over to DH favourite ride KRR. There werent any queue and only 6 including us were on the ride. A couple on the ride with us were really nervous about getting wet and argued that they always get soaked on these types of rides. Sure enough they got soaked and the poor lady lost her sunglasses. DH loves this ride but we had soggy bums once off.
We had a quick rest and then headed over to FN; the queue was soooo long, though we got into the 11:30 showing (the first show). We had loved the Tarzan Rocks show before and were upset that it was no longer here but went into this show with open minds. However after watching FN we were more upset as we didnt really enjoy it, which is rare in WDW. We felt the songs werent that catchy, oh well you win some and lose some.
After FN I got an orange lolly and DH had a bottle of water. We left AK after this and went to Saratoga Springs. Once we arrived we walked around taking in a new resort and then waked to DTD. Once at DTD we went to PI to check out what was on at the cinema, we had just missed the first showing of shoot em up, the next showing was at 4:10pm so we had 2 hours to wait. We went to virgin and looked around; there is so much good stuff in this shop. I got a really cute Simpsons top which had the nerds on and says I love nerds, how cute! I didnt want to carry it into the cinema with me so hid it and bought it after the film. We went to go and get some food, we went to MD in which DH got fillet fish meal and fries, I had a plain cheeseburger and we shared a diet coke. After the meal we wandered back to the cinema though we popped into the candy cauldron shop to get some more sweets, we both got some jelly goodies.
Once at the cinema we sat upstairs and we bought some more sweets, DH got some nestle chocs which came in a blue box, he loved these and got some every time we went to the cinema after this. The film was very funny and we enjoyed sitting down in the cool for a few hours
After we waked to virgin to get my top, we were tempted to get some fish and chips but decided we were too full but we would come and get some another day. I posted our postcards to our friends and family which we wrote on our breaks today. I also wrote one for the house bunnies so that they didnt feel left out! They were 90c each which we thought was reasonable. We got a bus to ASMs and walked to ASMo from there. We took some photos of the resort on our way back, once at ASMo we decided to explore this as wed only ever really looked at our section. Once back at the room we decided to chill out as we were feeling tired. We got some refreshments and then played a Disney board game which DH had bought from the shop today. I kept nodding off; I went to sleep straight after the game was over. Another great day, I look forward to another great day.
