We just returned from a five night stay at the BLT. Everything went great from start to finish including surprising the kids.
I handed them a letter written from Mickey Mouse inviting them to breakfast the following morning at Chef Mickey's and it took them a minute before it sunk in. Then we were off to the airport for a 6PM flight out of Philadelphia. We landed 15 minutes early and the driver was there from Florida Tour Cars waiting for us. We arrived at a little after 9 and checked into room 7610. I booked a one bedroom waterview and from the room we could see the castle, tennis courts and the lake. I enjoyed a morning cup of coffee everyday after my morning run looking ot over the water and the park.
The other thing I love about the room is the bench in the master shower. I loved being able to sit down and wash my hair!!
We did the dining plan and thought it was ok. I still don't want a desert at lunch as that was a waste for us. The refillable mug was nice and turned even better when I found out I could get water. The lemonade light has a gray tap that when you push it...out comes water. No more soda!!
The only downer we had was a 35 minute wait for the Studios bus after breakfast at Chef Mickey's. Other then that the room was clean, the weather was perfect, crowds were low and my youngest said "daddy this is the best vacation ever."
