Another GAD upgrade ?

I apologize; I am sure this has been answered before. I looked at all the upgrade posts I could, but did not find it.

I am taking a solo trip to the world early May. I have a DVC ressie right now, but I was thinking about cancelling that so I could use my points during marathon weekend. If i do this, I would take the gift card promotion and stay at a value.

My question is: Can I use both my GAD voucher AND the 5 day MYW ticket and upgrade to a DVC annual pass?

If I can't, can I upgrade the MYW ticket and use the GAD to get the pins? I am actually seriously considering this anyway because I am a pin-aholic and those are adorable! I am just considering expenses too.

You cannot combine two tickets into a single ticket.

So your alternate scenario makes sense.
