I was reading the post below about if you need a fastpass in September and see that some fastpass machines are turned off... I was wondering if anyone knows just how off this will make the ridemax plans I bought and printed out plans for Sept 10th Sept 11th and Sept 12th It has me getting passes for Space mountain and Soarin and California Screamin it has me getting a space mountain fastpass 1st thing when we arrive at the park one day then over an hour later just having a 3 minute wait I can't imagine there is ever a 3 minute wait without fastpass so should I plan on not using this ridemax thing? :confused3

Midweek in Sept? I highly doubt you will need to utilize ridemax. You should be able to walk on to many of the FP rides first thing in the morning. During some of the slow times we have gone, the CM has rejected our FP's and sent us standby because the ride was a walk-on.

Ditch ridemax and grab as many FP's that are being offered in the morning and save them as a back up just in case you encounter longer lines in the afternoon.

RideMax knows if FP machines will be turned off based on previous experience, and accounts for that in their plans. Whether you will need RideMax or not is hard to say. Maybe you should run your itineraries bring them, and then either use them or ditch them based on how things are going?
