Another Fantasmic Dining Package Question

I have made a couple of unsuccessful attempts to book HBD for the Fantasmic Dining Package on 11/30. There are plenty of regular dining reservations available but when I try to reserve the dining package, the last day it will let me check availability is 11/7. Does anyone know if they sometimes exclude HBD from the dining package?

I wouldn't concern myself with the reserved seating except that we currently have a dining package reservation for H&V with some friends. I'd still like to sit with them for the show even if we switch our meal to HBD.

When we went in 2011 we couldn't book online either (although the facility was given as an option) but I was able to get a booking over the phone.

I think the issue sometimes is that the Fantasmic Packages do sell out quickly but at other times it is just that the meals given for the package are at odd slots and don't necessarily show when you search

I suspected I might be better off calling. It just takes so much longer!

We've found that trying to book the F!DP online can be quirky. More than once it wasn't loaded into the online system until long after it was already available on the phone.

Nov 30 is the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend so I would try calling even though it takes more time because that is going to be a very busy day in the parks and possibly, F!DP will sell out, even at HBD.
