During the evening EMH, besids the attractions being open, are the shops and places to eat open too?

Yes, they are. Most of the shops and some of the food locations, although the food locations are counter service and some do not have full menus. I don't believe any of the sit-down restaurants are open during evening EMH. Anyone been there lately?
