me and dw are going to take my mom and sister with us on vaction can you book 2 rooms (studio) with one dvc membership or will i need to get a 2 bedroom home? the 2 studios would be less points:confused3

You can reserve 2 studios at 1 time or 50 if you so desire. Our guide in 2002 said that people will often rent several studios for a wedding.

However, I don't think you can have adjoining studios since most studios are attached to 1 bedrooms. You may be able to get something close together.

In April we reserved a 2 bedroom and studio for a large party. At booking, we were told that we would not be close together because of the SMOKING studio. However, we were not close together at all, and they gave my sister a non-smoking studio. At BWV the 2 bedroom was on the 2nd floor above the Big River Grille and the Studio was in the Village Green on the 3rd floor. If we have to be separated because of the smoking issue o.k., but if that's the case get the smoking thing right. Of course, they banned smoking right after that.

I think with studios, it might not be that big of a deal if you are not close together especially with no children involved. However, if you have a 1 or 2 bedroom and studio and cooking will be involved, then closeness is a HUGE issue.

Good Luck!

You can book as many villas as you like as long as you have the points to cover the reservations.

I have taken family in the past and it is fun to see the excitement when they first see a DVC Resort. Good luck!

There are no dumb questions!! Feel free to ask away and we will do our best to help...

In case you didn't know, studios never connect to other studios and there aren't that many studios that are right next to each other. So if you get the two studios, there is a chance that they will not be close to each other.
