Another DU Question

Does anyone know if I fill out the online reservation request form with Dream Unlimited am I locked in to book a trip?
The reason I ask, is because we're about 80% sure that we'll be goin' to wdw rom 2/6-2/13. there is a slim chance we'll be headed down the week after that unfortunately during peak season). I'll find out about the later sometime mid-november (could be tomorrow, or could be in 2 weeks).
on side I don't want to get locked into anything with DU, but I don't want them to do the work if I'm gonna change everything around.

There is no obligation when requesting a quote from DU. That's the nature of the business. I think they realize that not all quotes are gonna be accepted. You could find a lower price elsewhere after all.
