Yes, this is another DAS question here, as I am very confused about the new video chat option for DAS.

I am going to WDW next month. I'll be going to MK on Nov. 22nd, EPCOT on the 23rd, HS on the 24th, and AK on the 25th.

Will I need to do 4 separate video chat sessions on Oct. 22nd through Oct. 25th to get my DAS? Will I need to know in advance which exact rides I want to do and what time of day I plan on going on those rides? Since this will be my and my accompanying friend's first time at WDW, we don't know our detailed plans beyond our dining reservations.

No. You don’t need to do 4 video chats.
Once someone has been registered for DAS, it is valid at all 4 Theme Parks for 60 days.
Before doing the video chat, you need to have park tickets and also park reservations for each day you plan to go to the park. You don’t need to do the video chat exactly 30 days before your trip.

If you are going to pick DAS Advance Selections, you will need to have an idea of which you want to ride and about when. Your exact choices may not be available, but you at least want to be ready to pick.

This link to the Disney website DAS information should be helpful and feel free to ask as many questions as you need.

With the DAS pre-registration, you get to pick up to 2 attractions for each park in which you have park reservations. These will be set times. But if your day ends up working differently, there is no harm in not using these pre-scheduled rides. You will still be able to get day-of DAS Return Times throughout the day at all attractions (except Remy unless you get a boarding group).

The way I read the website, you have to call 30 days prior to the VISIT day to pre-pick the DAS rides..so yes? You get the DAS 30 days, but if you want to prepackaged 2 rides per day, you need to call back again. Is this true?

No. Just wait to call until it's 30 days or fewer before your last park day, and at least 2 days before your first park day - I'd suggest trying more like 2 weeks before at the moment, just because the wait times suck.

2-30 days prior to your visit, and the preapproved DAS can be scheduled. Others are finding that they can only book DAS for the days that are 30 or fewer days out, so if your trip is more than a day, call a few days later than 30 days. I know I'm not making that very clear, so here's an example. If you are staying for 5 days, then call 25-26 days before your first day. (30-5=25, but you can book on day 30 so 26 should work as well?)

Correct. There is no 30+10 like dining reservations. If your last day is more than 30 days out they cannot book your Advanced Selections beyond 30 days.
So, in my case, since my last Park Day will be November 25th, I should do my DAS video chat session on Oct. 25th or later, correct?

That would be too early - keep in mind that October has 31 days and you need to count the last day of your park visit as one of the 30 days.
So, if you do it October 25 and need to count your last day, that is 32 days. You should do it on or after October 27 in order to cover all your days.

can you only make reservations during your video call? or can you decide later -do it online? not sure of exact end date yet of trip, but would like to make at least the 1st couple days done.
