Another currency question - pre-paid travel cards

Damn, left it late and missed out on the really good euro exchange rate at the PO.

I am looking at the Travelex site, which seems to have the best rate atm.
Would any of you recommend the pre-paid travel card? Thinking of getting 50% cash and 50% on the card.
