I found these very helpful when I was going through the process, so here is my completed timeline. We used Sharon at Fidelity (she was fantastic!) and Timeshare Title and More. We financed through Timeshare Lending.
May 2 - made offer with Fidelity
May 3 - they countered, we said no and they accepted anyway. Applied for financing through TS Lending
May 4 - received contract in email. Sent additional financing documents and were approved
May 7 - returned contract and sent information for deposit
May 9 - sent to Disney for ROFR
June 5 - passed ROFR
June 14 - Loan documents requested from title company
June 18 - loan documents sent to title company
June 20 - received closing documents
June 23 - returned closing documents to title company (had to be notarized)
June 28 - closing documens received by title company from both us and the seller
June 29 - final funds requested from lender
July 6 - contract closed
July 9 - deed and mortgage appear on OC website
July 19 - contract and points loaded, first DVC reservation made!
August 2- Membership card received
