If you watch Rachel Ray, do you ever wonder about all that salt she throws over her shoulder?

I mean really, wouldn't you slip and fall if you had all that salt on your kitchen floor?

Who cleans it up?

Does Izaboo lick it at home?

Actually in comercial kitchens you pour salt on spills if you are busy and don't have anyone to clean it up. The salt creates traction (think rock salt on icy roads) and keeps anyone from falling.
