Another BoG lunch question...

I finally snagged a BoG lunch for 6 on the day we need (we're a wk out). I was logged in under the 'dummy' acct I had made for DH in order to search for overlapping reservations.

There is no ticket media (band/card) attached to the acct & it isn't linked to mine (our main acct) in any way. Are we going to have problems pulling up our pre-order, or even ordering again at a kiosk since we've nothing to scan? We're using dining credits from our main acct to pay as well...
 
Don't sweat it, you will not have a problem. DH and I each have a separate account, we sometimes make an ADR in the account that does not have the trip linked to it, just depends which one of us is logged in. We have never had a problem with keeping the ADR, checking in, or paying with another account.

We don't consolidate the two accounts since we often have future trips planned and like to keep them totally separate. But if one of us is logged into their MDE and a good ADR comes up we just grab it, then sort out the dining res later on a printout for the trip. Just remember to check all your MDE accounts to be sure to cancel any ADRs you won't use, you don't want to forget making one and then get dinged the no show fee. I get emailed dining reminders for maybe slightly more than half of my ADRs so I don't rely on those from Disney to remind me anymore.

Thanks. Does your DH have an band or ticket attached to his acct? I'm trying to figure out how we can pull up the reservation to order with no media to scan.

I can't for the life of me remember if you have to scan your band at the kiosk in order to place your order.

Yes, it's easier if it's all together on one account and they can just scan your band for your order, but they have other ways since bands and scanners can sometimes have issues. Payment with our MB (either charge to room or DDP) hasn't been an issue either way.
