We are planning on eating lunch at BB to celebrate our 13 annniversary. Do we ask when checking in about dining waterside or when talking to Disney Dining? It will be DH and I and our two boys. It is their half birthday too which we celebrate because their actual birthday runs too close to Christmas. That's when we give them presents so it's a big deal at our house!

Check in 30 minutes ahead of time and ask them to dine waterside and you may have to wait a few more minutes, but it'll be worth it!

I made my reservation for 11:30a, then checked in early. We got the last table available at the waterside. There's no guarantee, you'll get it at anytime, but I thought that was my best chance without having to wait longer (everyone that was with me already thought I was crazy .. and they might be right but they weren't going to wait extra time for a waterside table ) and it worked out for me.

Just remember, it never hurts to ask, especially f you are willing to wait. The worst they can do is say no or it's not available.

you can get a waterside table, if you are willing to wait a little extra for it. I know for us, we got the first seating for lunch, and got there first, we wanted that waterside! We got it!

Also, try to get the 11:30am seating. Then check in as early as they will let you. That increases the chances (to just about 100%, I imagine) for the waterside table *without* the wait for others to finish up.

And for your anniversary, be sure to pick up Happy Anniversary buttons at City Hall (or your hotel, if you're staying on-site) and wear them!
