Another Bare Escentuals Question for the experts

I saw that Ultra carries this and they have the starter kits on sale for $60. I have never used it but tend to have dry skin and live in a very dry climate. I would assume that a powder would show every line in your face. What do you think? I hear some many people rave out BE on the this site and just want something that is easy to use and looks good.

Also does Ultra help you pick the right kit or shade for your face? I am fair with some freckles, from what I saw in the kits them come Light, Med and Dark. I would assume that I would pick the light.

I was there this weekend and picked up a starter kit. I didn't need all of it but they were out of tan and that's what I use.

My Ulta has experts who pick out the right shade for your face. I seriously am the stupidest person in the world when it comes to this because this is the first foundation I've ever worn! And I'm FIFTY!!

I love it. It totally makes my face one tone without looking like makeup at all. I know it's not for everyone but it is the ONLY foundation that works for me.

I am fairskinned and I have terribly dry skin too! I don't have any trouble with BE at all! I continue to use my normal moisturizer and it works like a charm!

The folks at ULTA will help you choose the right shade...I currently use the light, but once that runs out, i'm considering trying the next lightest one.

There are three shades of "light" BE foundation: fair, fairly light, and light. The fair is the lightest and only used by people who have porcelin skin. Most blonde/freckled people would probably wear fairly light or light. I am blonde and lightly freckled but tan easily, I wear the darkest of the light shades, light.

I have oily skin so I can't help you with the dry skin issue, but I'm sure there are others here who can!
