Another AP discount ?

I know AP hotel discounts are never guaranteed, but I've also heard that they are pretty much always offered in January. Is this true? What are the usual discounts in January for Values and Mods?

This year the discount was:
Value $23 off rack rate
Moderate $46 off rack rate
Values were $59 a night, moderates were $99

If I'm not mistaken, the discounts are put out several times, usually after the current discount has expired.

this was the site I used (a few years ago) but I've monitored the discounts, and they seem to have continued in this same fasion.

I plan I utalizing this (hopfully this year)

It would not let me post the "linK" so the spaces are not part of the address
