Ok, so my first 5 since getting on the WISH list but 15 overall since I started.

I don't know how others calculate this, but here's what I do. I weigh myself daily around the same time - in the AM before I get in the shower. I then take 7 days (Mon-Sun) and average them. Then the amount I've lost is the difference from the average of the prior week.

This really helps keep my mind off those fluctuations! I can put on 4lbs of water weight most months (and since i'm nearing menopause, sometimes it's every 18 days ugh - when will this be over????). The pounds build up over 1 week and then they drop off in 24hrs.

And as far as a goal - I am 20 lbs away from a first goal and I will see how my body adjusts to the new weight, eating and exercise. If they all equal out, guess I will stay there. But I'd really prefer to lose another 10 after that if I can. I'm just not going to spend all my time exercising to do it! And this is just the weight that I had gained back after I fell off the routine - I had lost 70 lbs a few years ago! Never again!!!
 
Good job! What a great feeling to lose five pounds and earn a new clipart. You're doing really well and I'm so happy and proud for you.
