I have made a few for different things over the past couple of years. They come out fine...lately however I have just been making my own with the iron on transfers for my printer and cheap tshirts from AC Moore. I have more control of the design and am sure of the size/quality of the shirts.

Yes, I have made t-shirts on Vistaprint a number of times...for birthday party favors and for our most recent cruise. I usually watch for a "free shipping" offer and either free or 1/2 price image upload and then do it which makes them dirt cheap. For our December cruise, after I had our logo uploaded I made us tshirts, hats, and giant magnets (car magnets) that I used for the door. All of this was free (with the exception of the t-shirts which were about $4 each). For the price they were great!

We did VistaPrint and they came out fine. But, they don't sell toddler size shirts so I bought a plain t-shirt for her and did iron-on. It worked out to be he same amont fo money and her iron-on shirt was much more vibrant than ours. However, our design was larger than 8.5x11 and I would have had to make it smaller if I did it myself. The shirts are good quality and the design lasted through at least 4 washings so far, just wish the colors were a little brighter.
