annv. lunch at tony's

I being a sneaky wife am planning to book at Ps at Tony's for our wedding Annv. in Oct. I'm hoping to get it on our actual Annv, and surprise my Dh. Was wondering if there was anything special I can request.
My friend/ bridesmaid and possibly another family of 3 will be with us for this. I chose Tony's due to special meaning to Dh and I.

We visited Tony's on our honeymoon, and our waitress sang Bella Notte to us. It was beautiful and romantic.

If you can, request KAREN as a waitress. Maybe she'll do the same thing for you.
