Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with regards to Annual Passports?

I have rang up Disneyland Paris and asked for the application forms to be sent, so I can do it by post, but instead have had 2 holiday brochures sent:confused3

We really need to get the accomodation booked at the annual pass rate but obviously can't until we have them.

I have also tried ringing the Annual Pass number but the number is not connecting!

Is there any other way I can purchase them or am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be very appreciated cause i'm now at the stage of pulling my hair out :furious:

Cheers,
Karina

I think I am right in saying that you will only be sent 'temporary' passes which will be activated when you go to the park and change them in the AP office. You won't be able to book room only until your pass is activated so you would be better to stay offsite.

britchic is correct - until you actually have your activated annual pass, you can't get annual pass hotel rates. And you can't activate your pass until you visit DLRP in person.

I agree you are better to stay off site and get them when there. If you get them by post they have to be used within a month I think it is and at this stage there may not be any rooms left onsite or with the discounted rate. When are you going? How many of you?
Have you looked at the sponsorship thread - you could get discounted APs but only if you get them there.

Thanks very much for all the replies guys:thumbsup2

We have decided to stay at the Dream Castle Hotel, as we have found a great bargain for 4 nights/5 days for £322.30 for 2 adults, 1 child. Also will get back £46 from Quidco at 7%:cool1:

So we will get our annual passes on the first day we arrive.

Just one more thing, am I correct in saying that you get the days admission refunded off the price of your annual pass on the day you buy it?

Karina

Yes you do, but you have to remember to ask for it, and produce your one-day ticket.

Enjoy your trip!

Elaine

ps - thats an excellent price for the Dream Castle!

Thanks very much Elaine, much appreciated:goodvibes

It's all going to seem very new to us as we went almost 6 years ago now, and usually go to WDW. But that is now on hold for a couple of years as we are planning a second child, so want to try and get 3 or 4 trips out of our passes.

Karina

I think you'll notice a big difference if its 6 yrs since you went- theres a lot of new rides opened in the last 2 yrs.

When are you going?

We are going Sept.

Last time we went in the Nov and i've never known it to be so cold, don't know what to pack really for sept, suppose the weather is about the same we have here.

Have noticed all the new additions to the park, looks great!

Let the planning commence!

If you buy your annual passes at Guest Services to the right of the ticket booths there'll be no need to buy one day tickets to get into the park. They'll sell you temporary annual passes there, you just need to go to the Passport Bureau to have the official ones made sometime during the day.

Thanks for that Elaine, that makes more sense:thumbsup2
