New benefits starting now!
To celebrate MK 45th Anniversary

Figured this applied to the Budget Board since these increased/added benefits result in saving money. As a first time AP holder, I'm excited!

I'm was a little disappointed to read about the rumored 13-month APs if you purchase between 10/02/2016-01/03/17 ( http://www.orlandosentinel.com/trav...nual-passholders-benefits-20160930-story.html ) because I might have considered letting my AP expire and then purchasing a new AP when I go in December. But then I reminded myself that I got the DVC discount AND the discount for renewing. And, I'm pretty confident that there will be a very quiet price hike tomorrow to go along with this announcement.

I'm happy about the dining discounts. All of the places that we have ADRs for our December visit are on the new list. My TiW expires at the end of November and I didn't want to pay for a new one during our upcoming trip. What's especially nice is the number of QS locations that are offering the discount.

Waiting for my email. I renewed my pass last month and was thinking about TiW but now I can skip it.

I got the email this morning and was just sort of ho hum about it. Most of the restaurants with discounts were in the resorts and we tend to eat at the TS in the parks. I do like Skipper's Canteen and Brown Derby are included since those are two of our favorites. I just renewed 2 days ago because I was afraid if I waited into this month the price would increase and it wouldn't be worth it. If it goes 13 months out for renewal and the price doesn't go up, I will kick myself but oh well. I don't use my AP for discounts, although I'm thrilled when I get one, for me it's simple economics of is it less than the price of tickets or not.
