Strangely, this makes me feel better! I've been an AP holder for 15ish years and it's always been sporadic. Also, we have 3 AP holders in my household, and some editions we each get a Monitor, some only two show up and most we get the one to share.I have found that the sending of the Mickey Monitor to be very unreliable. When I first got my AP, I would get it all the time, but I hadn't gotten one for years until they sent me the one with the AP discount cards.
Thanks for the online profile info.I have tried everything else, maybe that will help!Hopefully you guys do go to the Passholder website when you get your new AP or renew. Under benefits there is a link to register your AP. PLUS, now you can also enter your passholder information into your online profile. Click in the left hand corner of the disney website to log on. Once you log on click update profile. You will see the info that ask if you're an AP holder. Once you click it, it will open and you can enter your AP information. Just recently we received SIX pin emails for passholders and I'm sure it's because I just updated everyone's profile last month. We only get one Mickey Monitor and it comes to the "Smith" family (or household). Even though we are a family of passholders. We sometimes don't get the Mickey Monitor, but mostly we do. I've been a passholder since 1995. Remember to register your AP because Disney will not do it for you.

I still can't figure out how to register my AP. I go to the Disney website, login and get to the part to update my profile, then I enter in the AP info and submit. But it keeps coming back wanting me to change my password. I don't want to have to change my password, but it won't accept the AP info without it. Am I doing something wrong?
Are you perhaps entering your current password in the Old Password field? If so, clear it out and you should be able to save your information.![]()
Even though the "create password' field is highlighted DO NOT put anything in that field or the "re-enter password" field.Just enter your current password in the "old password field" and you will be fine. Thanks for the info. I'll try it when I get home, I don't have my ap # with me.
(I left all the password info blank but it said I had to enter all the highlighted info, which was old and new password. And, for both I put in my current password.)
The Passholder Emails and Mickey Monitor delivery have always been terribly unreliable for a lot of Passholders.I think the recent addition of the Passholder registration section on the online profile is an attempt by Disney to better this problem.I've been a pass holder for more than 10 years now and I've rarely gotten the Mickey Monitor... I've had my address confirmed and reentered zillions of times, I've just given up.
The funny thing is that in some crazy Disney database my address is crossed with my best friend's. On rare occasions, my MM shows up at *her* house and we've never lived at the same address (she lives in MD and I live in FL!). Funnier still is that I will get Disney Visa credit offers in her name at my house.
